So this post is slightly different... And maybe I'm the only person who will even eat this but I'm letting you know about it just in case. Recently, I have had a couple of late morning where I have needed to rush around. For these mornings, I have invented a really quick and healthy breakfast using simple ingredients.
How to make- Jessie's Quickest Breakfast
Two handfuls of oats
4 spoonfuls of yoghurt ( I chose two of blueberry and two of plain)
Fruit of your choice
Sugar (optional)
A splash of milk
Any extra things to add, for example, almonds, honey, granola, chocolate chips.

Step one-
Step two-
Add the oats and stir together. At this point, it won't look incredibly appetizing. This doesn't really improve as you go along but it still tastes good!
Step three-
Add in the fruit of your choice, I went for mango because I wanted to mix things up a little but usually I would put in raspberries or strawberries with almonds. At this point, I also added some extra yoghurt to thin it out.
Step four-
Eat it really fast! Or slow if you aren't in a hurry!!! Add a drink of your choice. For example, tea, juice, water, chai, coffee, smoothie.I ate mine slowly with a little outdoor table set up. I wasn't in a rush... Obviously.

Why this recipe is good:
1. It tastes healthy
2. It is healthy
3. Porridge oats are good for sustaining your energy until you next eat.
4. It is quick to make and eat but still fills you up!
Always remember to eat breakfast as it is one of the most important meals. Breakfast is not my favourite meal of the day but it prevents you from feeling exhausted and actually makes you perform better. So eat breakfast! Een if it just an apple.

Fact of the day:
Apples are minus calories. The calories burnt by eating them is more than the calories it contains. So it actually minuses calories by eating apples.
