The quick breakfast ❤

Hiya!
So this post is slightly different... And maybe I'm the only person who will even eat this but I'm letting you know about it just in case. Recently, I have had a couple of late morning where I have needed to rush around. For these mornings, I have invented a really quick and healthy breakfast using simple ingredients.
How to make- Jessie's Quickest Breakfast
Ingredients:
Two handfuls of oats
4 spoonfuls of yoghurt ( I chose two of blueberry and two of plain)
Fruit of your choice
Sugar (optional)
A splash of milk
Any extra things to add, for example, almonds, honey, granola, chocolate chips.
 •
Step one-
Put the yoghurt in a bowl and add a splash of milk.
Step two-
Add the oats and stir together. At this point, it won't look incredibly appetizing. This doesn't really improve as you go along but it still tastes good!
Step three-
Add in the fruit of your choice, I went for mango because I wanted to mix things up a little but usually I would put in raspberries or strawberries with almonds. At this point, I also added some extra yoghurt to thin it out.
Step four-
Eat it really fast! Or slow if you aren't in a hurry!!! Add a drink of your choice. For example, tea, juice, water, chai, coffee, smoothie.I ate mine slowly with a little outdoor table set up. I wasn't in a rush... Obviously.
Why this recipe is good:
1. It tastes healthy
2. It is healthy
3. Porridge oats are good for sustaining your energy until you next eat.
4. It is quick to make and eat but still fills you up!

Always remember to eat breakfast as it is one of the most important meals. Breakfast is not my favourite meal of the day but it prevents you from feeling exhausted and actually makes you perform better. So eat breakfast! Een if it just an apple.
Fact of the day:
Apples are minus calories. The calories burnt by eating them is more than the calories it contains. So it actually minuses calories by eating apples.
Love,

Courage❤

So today, I'm talking about courage. Courage is such a tricky thing. Here is what google defines it as.
Is this how you would define courage? This is what I say- courage is being able to do something even though it scares you, that is going to make things chane for the better. Courage isn't admitting you didn't do your homework or stealing a pencil, courage is more of an emotion. When you know it's going to be hard or you want to give up or you are scared to be yourself or stand up or confront someone or change something but you keep on fighting. There are people that have incredibly hard times and they keep on fighting, they have strength inside themselves to just keep on going, no matter what is going on, who hates them, how different they are or what they have been through. Courage is when you don't give up. You want something better. I think courage is such an amazing thing to have and the people that are courageous are my role models and inspirations, no matter who they are. The next picture, some of you might dislike but I know this man is an inspiration to so many people and this is a quote that is so perfect from him.
Be yourself and if people don't love you for who you are, find people who do. The point of this post is to let you know that on the 16th July 2014, draw the copyright symbol on your wrist to show respect for the people that need courage. This means mental illnesses, diseases, terminal illnesses, bullying, personal problems or just plain uncertainty or needing support. If you have problems in your life, have overcome problems, want to overcome problems, respect those with problems, or think courage is important, spread the word, and draw the copyright symbol on your wrist on the 16th July 2014. Thankyou so much monsters, help spread the word #copyrightcouragejuly.
